TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1 – Ownership of the Website and Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Supply, drafted in accordance with Legislative Decrees no. 70/2003 and no. 206/2005, govern the sales services available on the website myra-lab.com and are entered into between Myra Lab (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the individual (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) who browses the pages of the website myra-lab.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and uses the purchasing services of products made available online.
The Company and the User are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
The Website is managed by the Company and enables the purchase of products sold by it.
These Terms and Conditions are binding between the aforementioned Parties and apply to all Users purchasing one or more products offered on this Website.
Except for non-waivable legal provisions, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that all contracts, notifications, information, and other communications provided electronically satisfy the legal requirement of written form where required by law.
Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
These Terms and Conditions bind the Parties and concern the purchase of products offered for sale on the Website.
The Company offers for sale Myra Lab products through the Website.
Article 3 – Prices
The prices displayed on the Website are clearly indicated and include VAT for shipments within the European Union.
Prices may change over time but will not affect the price charged to the User at the time of purchase, nor will they create any new rights concerning prices for the User.
Exceptions are cases where the listed prices are disproportionately below the normal market value due to material errors.
Article 4 – Purchase Procedure
To purchase the products described in Article 2, the User must:
- Add the selected products to the cart.
- Provide their shipping information.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions and the Website’s Privacy Policy.
- Make payment using the methods provided on the Website, including PayPal and credit or debit cards.
If the User chooses PayPal, their browser will be redirected to PayPal's secure server, where they must enter their username and password. Only PayPal will have access to the User's information, which will not be visible to the Company.
For credit card payments, the process is subject to verification by the issuing bank to ensure authorization for online transactions.
The payment process constitutes a purchase proposal. The purchase is finalized upon receipt of a confirmation email sent to the email address provided by the User during checkout.

The Company will verify compliance with the aforementioned procedures and, in the absence of justifiable reasons, proceed with the completion of the purchase.
In case of errors in the information provided, the Company is not responsible for delays or losses in shipment, and additional costs for reshipping may apply.
The finalized purchase contracts will be electronically stored on devices owned by the Company.
Article 5 – Terms of Sale and Use of the Website
Purchasing from the Company implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.
There will be no obligation between the User and the Company, and thus no purchase contract will be deemed concluded, if errors or inaccuracies arise during the order process due to either Party, such as:
- Errors or inaccuracies regarding the User’s information (including the delivery address).
- Errors in identifying or selecting products, their quantities, or their prices.
The Company reserves the right to verify the correctness of prices and product details before shipment and may cancel the order in case of errors.
The User agrees to indemnify the Company and its suppliers from any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from claims against the User due to misuse of materials or products in violation of applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms and Conditions.
The User is solely responsible for any consequences, legal or otherwise, arising from improper use of products purchased from the Company.
The Company ensures that delivered products meet legal requirements for usability, reliability, and durability.
Article 6 – Order Shipment
Orders will be processed within 5 (five) business days from the order confirmation date. Delivery will occur within 5 (five) business days from the shipment date, except in exceptional circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Shipments will be managed by third-party carriers, and the customer will be able to track their order on the carrier’s website.
Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated during checkout.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The Parties mutually agree that no right of withdrawal applies if the User is not a consumer.
Consumer Users may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase date by emailing info@myra-lab.com.
The User waives the right of withdrawal for:
- Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly after delivery.
- Sealed products unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.
- Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods.
Returned items must be sent within 14 days of withdrawal notice, using tracked shipping. Shipping costs for returns are the User's responsibility.
Article 8 – Company Obligations
The Company is not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable damages resulting from contractual breaches.
It is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or issues arising from force majeure events, such as:
- Internet or software failures.
- Regulatory changes.
- Cyberattacks or malware.

Article 10 – Language, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction
