Refund policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

You can return an order, in whole or in part, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To exercise the right of return, the item must be in perfect condition, meaning unused, undamaged, and free from dirt or wear.
Additionally, it must include all accessories (if applicable) and be in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and record the refund.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us via email. We recommend including in your request the reason for the return, the condition of the item, and your desired resolution (whether you wish to proceed with a refund or an exchange).
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without first initiating a return request as outlined above will not be accepted.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning the item to our location are always the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.


FORGOTTEN COUPON CODES

If you forget to apply a discount code, the amount cannot be refunded, but you may request a store credit equivalent to the discount for use on a future purchase.
